Terms of service
1. Who we are
TrendyALLin ("we", "us") runs this community site for the TrendyALLin stream. We are an affiliate of Stake and PackDraw and are not operated by, or affiliated with, either casino.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and allowed to use the partner casinos where you live. Leaderboards and draws are only available to accounts registered under our codes.
3. Leaderboards and draws
Rankings are calculated from data the partner casinos provide to affiliates. Stake reports a weighted wager to affiliates; we rank on that weighted amount. Ticket draws are provably fair as described on the Provably Fair page. Prizes are paid as casino balance within 72 hours after a period ends. We may pause, change or cancel a promotion at any time; changes are announced on Discord.
Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, self-referral or any manipulation of wagers leads to disqualification from all promotions and forfeiture of prizes.
4. Accounts
Signing in uses your Kick account. Linking Discord or a casino username is optional and only used to show your stats and contact you about prizes. You are responsible for linking the correct username; we cannot move prizes between accounts.
5. No liability
Gambling involves risk. We take no responsibility for losses incurred on any casino linked from this site. Nothing here is financial advice. The site is provided as is, without warranty.
6. Contact
